In the fourth episode, Pam brings back Nicole, her sister, to make a menopausal juice to quell the horrible hot flashes they are both having. The thermometer and lady in flames are exactly what it feels like. So far, Pam and Nicole have enjoyed a few more night sleeps without the roaring internal fires of menopause waking them up (and their spouses).

In the first episode, Pam juice quests with guest Bruce. They make a green juice, share juicing basics and arm wrestle (Pam wins). This is Pam’s first juicing experience and it turned out great. Juice tastes really good.
